Upon receipt of the defective software and dated proof of payment of the license fee, Corbis Publishing will replace the software. This is Corbis Publishing's sole liability and your exclusive remedy for breach of this warranty. You may have other rights that vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction. The software is provided "as is, " with no other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of non-infringement or fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall Corbis Publishing be liable for any indirect or consequential CORBIS damages resulting from the use of the software, whether advised of the possibility of those damages or POLISHING not. In no case shall Corbis Publishing's liability exceed the price paid for this license.
